Property Evaluation and Offers

Payment and Closing Terms

All payments are made in the form of a certified cheque or wire transfer through your lawyer on the agreed closing date. Closing timelines are negotiable and range from 7 days to 6 months, as mutually agreed upon. All standard legal costs, title insurance, and adjustments are handled through your lawyer in accordance with standard Ontario real estate practice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrivateDeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if PrivateDeals has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PrivateDeals disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Indemnification

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimal extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any separate agreements entered into between you and PrivateDeals regarding property transactions, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrivateDeals with respect to your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.

PrivateDeals reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website and services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
